Cuisinart CSB-76 SmartStick 200-Watt Immersion Hand Blender

I like to do a lot of cooking so I tend to buy a lot of different tools to help me. Recently, my hand blender broke and I needed to get a new one. I had owned several hand blenders before and none of them have lasted. So I wanted a blender that would do the job well and last a long time. I found these qualities in the Cuisinart CSB-76 SmartStick 200-Watt Immersion Hand Blender.

This Cuisinart hand blender is the best one that I have used thus far. It is easy to use, easy to clean, and is actually fun to use too. It also looks great with the brushed chrome construction. I gave this blender a try on my pot of potato soup. I put some cut potatoes into a pot and used this blender. It turned the potatoes into a creamy texture really quickly. I was amazed at how this blender was able to handle it. In fact, it was so creamy that I had to throw a few chunks of potato back into the soup in order to make it chunkier. After using this immersion blender, I detached the blades and put it in the dishwasher. Most other blenders that I have used do not allow you to do that. It’s nice that the blades are stainless steel too. Here is a video demonstration of the Cuisinart hand blender.

Overall, I really love this blender. It gets the job done and the results are always outstanding. The motor is powerful enough to handle most anything you throw at it. I have tried using broccoli, asparagus, and other vegetables and they always turn out well. Other than the fact that it does a good job in blending, it also happens to look really sharp sitting on my kitchen counter. I always get compliments from my friends about it.
